Clare Paint – One Room Challenge – Week 4

It is week four of the One Room Challenge. Nope, you didn’t miss a blog post! I skipped week three last week because it was a week of waiting on products. The theme of this week is ‘paint & progress’. This post contains affiliate links

Clare Paint is here!

I previously shared that Clare Paint has supplied us with the paint for the playroom. I wanted to share a bit about why I chose Clare to partner on this project and what we love about their products!

Clare is a premium quality paint company founded by an interior designer with the goal of making paint shopping easier. The brand has literally everything you need to get your project completed: a curated collection of colors, mess-free paint swatches, and premium paint and supplies that are delivered right to your door. I love that their paints are zero VOC, GREENGUARD gold certified, and formulated with the safety of your home in mind. Plus, Clare prioritizes sustainability with energy-efficient manufacturing practices and uses recycled materials to make their paint cans, trays, and liners. YAY!

Choosing a Paint Color

Swatches so easy, your kids can help you do it!

The last time we painted rooms in our house, here was the process.  We had to haul ourselves over to the local paint store, stare at approximately 2,000 paint swatches, then purchase little tubs of paint to test on our walls. BLAH.

Clare makes this process way easier by having a curated collection of paint colors (no more option overwhelm!), peel-and-stick swatches, and everything comes to your door. Do you know you want white, but are not sure which white is right for your room? Grab a Whites & Lights Swatch Kit! Want to bring a bit of a coastal feel to your space? Pick up a Best of the Blues Swatch Kit! The swatches can also be added individually if you’re like me and have landed on just a few options.

Since this space is going to be a playroom, I want the girls to be as involved as much as possible in the process. They easily put the paint swatches up on the wall and gave me their opinions on their favorites!

Once the color selections are made, just click over to Clare’s website and wait for your paint to show up at your doorstep. Don’t forget to add paint supplies!

The paint goes on the walls like a dream, and lived true to their claim of low odor!

I’m going to wait to show y’all the full room for the final reveal, but here is a sneak peek:

Yes, I am crazy and let my kids paint for a bit. They totally loved it. Check out this fun little IG Reel of the unboxing!

That’s it for this week. Be sure to come back next week, when I’ll be sharing about a special DIY project my husband is working on for the playroom! Be sure to check out the main One Room Challenge Blog to see all the guest participants and their progress. You can find all my One Room Challenge posts here.

So I gotta know, have you ever used peel-and-stick paint swatches before? They’re a total game changer!

**UPDATE**

This spring’s ORC is completed and I shared our final reveal!

Timeless and Grayish are the perfect coastal-cool combination in this north-facing room.

I was very happy with my experience with Clare; the swatches were accurate, the paint ordering and delivery process were seamless, and the paint was of excellent quality. We will absolutely be using Clare’s paint products again in our future home projects!
