Have you ever wanted to curl up in your dog’s bed?
Okay, that’s fair.
I don’t have a dog (AHEM, MATT), but if I did, I would absolutely snuggle up with my little puppy love in their bed.
Today I’m sharing a quick review of the Plufl Dog Bed for Humans. This Plufl review and post are not sponsored by the brand. They did send me a dog bed for content creation. My girls really like it so I wanted to share my thoughts. All opinions are my own and this post contains affiliate links.
What the heck is “Plufl”?
Plufl was created by two college guys who wanted a cozy place to land. The idea came from desiring the same comfort that dogs have in dog beds. The Plufl was born!
Plufl is a high-quality dog bed sized for humans. The mattress is made with Certi-Pur Orthopedic foam, with a super-soft removable and machine-washable cover. The fabric on the Plufl is super cozy and comfortable and comes in two faux fur options – arctic grey and biscuit.
The guys at Plufl sent over the artic grey, and it coordinates well with our front living room. Yep, the same one we updated for our first One Room Challenge.
Things I Love About the Plufl
I love how comfy the Plufl is. When sitting in it, you truly feel like you are wrapped up in some sort of cocoon of love and hugs and all things relaxing. Plufl as a company was very easy to work with. Their product shipped really fast, and was easy to assemble. All you have to do is insert the bolsters and the memory foam bottom into the cover.
When having young kids, it’s always super important for something to be machine washable. The Plufl is great because you can take off the cover and throw it in the wash if an accident happens. And with kids… an accident is going to happen.
The Plufl is also so much fun for kids. Whether they are resting in it snuggled up with a good book, or using it with our Nugget to create awesome forts and obstacle courses, every kid is sure to enjoy it!
Things To Keep In Mind
Although the Plufl is extremely comfortable, it is big and it is heavy. If you are short on space, this is definitely something to keep in mind. It does come with a strap to help fold it up for storage.
I wouldn’t mind if there were a few more fabric options – and this may be coming in the future! The fabric it comes in is pretty much exactly like any other dog bed (which I know is the point), but I would love it if the Plufl came in a fabric that matches the aesthetic of our home a bit better.
Where To Get It
You can purchase a Plufl directly from the Plufl website.
