A Summer in Left on Friday Swimwear

As August comes to a close, I *finally* feel prepared to share my thoughts on Left on Friday swimwear.

Spoiler alert – it is worth every penny. Probably a Left on Friday gal for life.

I bought two swim sets at the beginning of the summer. Much to my delight, Left on Friday offered to gift me two suits of my choice at the end of the summer.

Surely their PR team has me confused with another Ellen, but no takesies-backsies.

Left On Friday Swimwear – Great for the Mom Crowd

With two school-aged kids, countless trips to the pool, and four beach trips, I’ve put these suits to the test this summer. I’ve had my eye on this minimal, gorgeous swim brand with punchy colors for years!

What held me back? Honestly, I’ve never really loved being in a swimsuit. Why splurge on something I don’t actually like to wear?

I take it all back. I truly LOVE being in Left on Friday’s swimwear. Their signature sleek fabric hugs my curves while staying in place. There is no danger of an escaping boob – EVEN in the deep V of the Sunday Top (I opted for the ‘Big Boob’ version).

I just feel good, and I can’t put a price on that.

I found all pieces to run true-to-size. I’m 5’7″, 36DDD, and generally a size 14. The best size for me is an XL in all pieces. The XXL Hi Tide Bottoms fit fine, but I prefer the snugger fit of the XL.

If you’re not sure what size to buy, LOF has extensive sizing details on their website. They even have a library of customer images, so I just searched for my size and was able to see the way the pieces fit on similarly built women.
